At Normandy Coating, the health of our employees is a top priority. In this context, we recently organized a training on gestures and postures, adapted to each workstation for all our teams.

This initiative has several objectives:

• Prevent musculoskeletal disorders
• Adopting the right reflexes on a daily basis
• Improve working conditions and the comfort of everyone
