Internal audit: a mutual learning experience

[Focus] When rigor and openness transform internal audit into an educational opportunity

On June 27th, Normandy Coating took up an original challenge: conducting an internal quality audit alongside four CESI students in the QSE/ Security and Industrial Risks Master.

This initiative, imagined by our quality manager,David Vittoz, had the ambition to give a new dimension to the audit:

• For Normandy Coating: to benefit from an external, fresh and objective perspective on our processes (production, maintenance, management, quality, accounting).
• For CESI students: experience a concrete dive into the heart of industrial issues, through a life-size practical case.

The participating students: Magali Toussaint Doledec, Garance Lefranc, Virginie Poret-Bissay and Amina Aid actively contributed to this approach, making the audit an innovative, dynamic and enriching moment, where rigor and openness combine to progress together.
