Industry Week: inspiring tomorrow’s talent!

As part of the Industry Week, we had the pleasure of welcoming 9 students from the 4th grade of Collège Claude Delvincourt de Dieppe to Normandy Coating.

The visit provided an opportunity to:
☑️To discover the trades of industry,
☑️ Present our know-how and work environment,
☑️ Awaken vocations by sharing with these young people our passion for our profession.

Through exchanges and moments of sharing, we were able to show them that the industry is not only a technical adventure, but also a human and innovative adventure.
Thank you to the teachers and students for their enthusiasm and curiosity. And a big bravo to our teams who have been able to transmit their expertise with so much passion!

Educating young people from college onwards is essential to prepare the talents of tomorrow and promote industrial occupations.
